- Development of an engagement and advocacy strategy for a Federal Government department, to support recommendations and outcomes from a recent government inquiry. This program of work includes a five-year strategic communication and engagement plan, a whole of department channel strategy based on stakeholder archetypes and analysis and evaluation of recent department-wide programs.
- Providing technical advice and support on the hosting of a statewide First Nations cultural event to be held in NSW, including overseeing of all planning, logistics, stakeholder and community engagement, including local council.
- Supporting the development of an Investment Strategy for an global medical technology pilot, including the establishment of Environmental Social and Governance (ESG), Sustainability and Wellbeing frameworks into the initial strategic business plan.
